A set as large as this offers a rewarding building experience however, at $399.99 (£349.99) this massive set is not cheap.

It provides a satisfying building experience, looks great on display, and is full of references to the Harry Potter saga. I've always believed that designers and architects did a great job creating this castle in Harry Potter movies, it's amazing piece of architecture. I modeled this after the large model at Warner Bros. Leavesden Studios. This is a small scale model of Hogwarts castle from the Harry Potter film series. I feel this MOC is a good representation of Hogwarts in the winter. I put the LEGO Harry Potter Great Hall set on stilts and I surrounded the hall in rocks to make the mountains of the north of the UK. This model resembles how Hogwarts looked in the 6th, 7th (although it wasn't actually seen here), and 8th movies.

I put snow on top of all of the build and used studs to represent waves and ice on the lake surrounding the drumstrang ship.
